Organization and access

Invite members, assign organization and system roles, and give customers or deployers access to the AI systems they use.

Organization roles

Manage members in Settings.

RoleTypical use
OwnerFull control of the organization
AdminManages systems, keys, integrations, policies and members
MemberWorks with the AI systems they are assigned to
OperatorOperates the AI systems they are assigned to

Invite User sends an invitation as Member or Admin. An existing AgentID user gets access immediately; if the e-mail cannot be delivered, AgentID shows a secure invite link you can share. Admins can change a member's role (Admin, Member, Operator) or remove the member.

Organization Metadata holds the organization's legal entity, country and compliance contact.

System roles

Inside an AI system, access is resolved to one of three levels: viewer, operator or admin. Organization owners and admins are admins of every system. Other members see only the systems they are assigned to, with the role of that assignment.

Admin-only areas of a system:

  • Integration (API keys, rollout bundles, Claude packages),
  • Content Policies and Access,
  • AI Systems Discovery,
  • changing Guardrails,
  • Reveal payload in the activity log.

Human oversight and access control

The system's Access tab (Human Oversight & Access Control) lets admins:

  • assign internal operators from the organization's members,
  • invite customer collaborators by e-mail as operators of that system.

Customer workspace and deployer access

In Settings → Customer Workspace you create customers (name, legal entity, country, notes) and assign AI systems to them. Users invited for a customer see their assigned systems in the Deployer Dashboard. When a system is assigned to a customer, the provider's view of its activity, prompts, access and quality records can be restricted.

Audit

The Global Audit Log is an immutable trail of administrative actions across all systems you administer, including every Reveal of encrypted content.
